Insurgence Convention Postponed date added 22nd February 2010
Rogue Events have announced that their Supernatural/Smallville/Vampire Diaries convention 'Insurgence' has been postponed until 10th - 12th September 2010 and will take place at the Thistle Hotel London Heathrow.
Michael Rosenbaum is still booked to attend on the new dates subject to his work commitments and Rogue will be announcing the first Vampire Diaries guests asap. All those who have booked and paid will be emailed by tomorrow with the new details and available options.

Season 6 - Kripke and the Apocalypse? date added 17th February 2010
Sera Gamble will be the show's day-to-day showrunner for Season 6, but Kripke will still be involved with the show and "working very closely" with Gamble and the show's creative team.
Gamble also repsonds to the Apocalypse story: ""We're climaxing that story this season. We've been working on the Season 6 storyline for quite some time, and we're very excited about it. We have lots of ideas, and are grateful for the chance to keep the show going. Please tell the fans that the writers say thank you! We so appreciate the support."
Supernatural Season 6 Confirmed! date added 16th February 2010
At last the news we've been waiting for - Supernatural is confirmed for a sixth season.
The CW Network has given early pickups to five series for next season, including four signature dramas - "The Vampire Diaries", "Gossip Girl", "90210", "Supernatural" - and the reality hit "America's Next Top Model". All five shows will return in Fall 2010.

Although The CW has yet to confirm Supernatural's fate, according to Michael Ausiello at EW.com, Supernatural Season 6 is "a sure thing" - read more in his column feature Renewal Scorecard.
Meanwhile, The Hollywood Reporter gave the series an 85% chances for renewal. Click here for their list of endangered shows.

Supernatural celebrates 100th episode date added 7th February 2010
Episode 18 of Season 5 is the 100th episode of Supernatural. It started filming the first week in February 2010 and will air on April 15, 2010.
On Saturday January 30th, the cast and crew of Supernatural celebrated the 100th episode of the series, which was about to begin filming, with a party in Vancouver. The event was held at District 319, an event venue in Vancouver.
Performing at the event were a band by the name of 'The Impalas', with Jensen Ackles on lead vocals and other crew members including Rob Singer on instruments.
